Rights: GTP grants the Subscriber access to the GT database for educational, research, and personal use by the faculty, staff, students, distance learners, alumni, on-site library users, and library patrons utilizing the Subscriber's campus network. Users may download and print articles for personal use and archive contents on their own personal computers. They may send copies of individual articles by email, print, or fax to persons at other locations for their personal use. Facsimile images that are exact representations of the print journal pages or of printouts from the electronic database may be provided for interlibrary loan under CONTU guidelines and distributed in paper, fax, or digital form.
Archiving: Upon receipt of payment or institutional purchase order, the Subscriber may download and archive materials at its own site and place contents on its own file server, including electronic reserves. There are no restrictions on access to this material beyond those described in the section above on "Rights."
Warranty:
A) GTP will use reasonable efforts to provide continuous
service and to ensure that its server(s) have sufficient capacity and
rate of connectivity to provide the Subscriber with a quality of
service comparable to current standards in the subscriber's locale.
B) GTP warrants that it has the right to license the rights granted
to the subscriber and that use of the content in the GT database
shall not infringe the copyright of any third party.
C) Except as
noted above, GT is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind,
either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the
implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular
purpose.
