Library subscriptions

The journal is freely accessible and there are no restrictions whatsover on normal library use. However in order to secure the long-term future of the journal, libraries are encouraged to take out subscriptions, which generate a modest income for the journal.
In return the library receives:

Soft bound copies of the journal volumes suitable for display and eventual binding and archiving, produced annually.
License to download and archive the electronic version of the journal and to distribute it though internal or external networks.

The price to libraries is the same as the price for individual purchase of the complete volumes and is based on a flat rate of 10cents per page plus a handling charge. In detail the prices are $12 for Volume 1 (112 pages), $35 for Volume 2 (335 pages) and $50 for Volume 3 (446 pages) plus a handling charge (which includes insured postage) of $6.50 per volume in the US, or $8.50 per volume outside the US. Handling for 2 volumes ordered together is $10.50 in the US and $12.50 outside the US; for 3 volumes it is $14.50 in the US and $16.50 outside the US.

Registration of license

In order to register rights over the electronic version of the journal, subscribing libraries should print a copy of the license and mail or fax a signed copy to the journal at the address given.
