1. Papers written in English should be submitted as text file
(diskettes or via e-mail) prepared in any standard version of TeX (i.e.
plain, LaTeX, AMS-(La)Tex) and hard copy to the Technical Editor of
Bulletin

2. Contributions should be typeset in TeX, Letter's size and intervals between lines should be 12 pt, with a printed text area of 140mm x 225mm on a page.
3. Contributions for either Extended Abstracts or Papers, should be preferably not longer than either 4 or 10 pages, correspondingly.
4. A separate sheet containing the address, telefon, fax, and email address of the author for correspondence are recommended.
5. The decision on the acceptance is taken after a peer-reviewing procedure.
6. Authors submit their papers on the condition that they have not been published previously and are not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
