Aims and Scope

The mathematical journal `Beiträge zur Algebra und Geometrie' was founded in 1971 on the occasion of the 65th birthday of O.-H. Keller. It publishes research articles in the areas of algebra, geometry, algebraic geometry and related fields, preferably in English language.

Frequency

One volume per year, consisting of two issues with about 250 pages each.

The journal is available from Heldermann Verlag, Langer Graben 13d, 32657 Lemgo, Germany, at a price of 84.00 DM per issue, 168.00 DM per volume, including surface mail shipment.

Instructions for Authors

Contributions, preferably written in English, should be sent in the form of two copies to or to any other member of the Editorial Board.

No page charge is made. A total of 30 reprints of each contribution will be sent to the author(s) free of charge.

The growing use of sophisticated text processing packages on a world-wide basis is increasingly enabling us to improve the speed and the reliability of our publishing procedures. In response to the increasing number of authors using some version of TeX for the preparation of their manuscripts, we encourage authors to send us electronic files of their papers on a diskette.

A style file in Plain-TeX and a sample file of a complete article is available from the editorial office upon request.
